These terms cover your use of the Teal Apex Management website. The terms of any specific engagement (a real estate advisory engagement, a project management oversight, a business setup sprint) are set out in a separate written agreement we sign together.

Who we are

Teal Apex Management is a brand of Teal Apex Management LLC, a sister entity to Teal Apex Group LLC. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site itself

The content on this site is provided for informational purposes. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we make no guarantee that everything is complete, up to date, or suitable for your particular situation. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, real estate, or other professional advice. Always consult appropriately licensed professionals for advice specific to your situation.

Forms and inquiries

Submitting the contact form on this site does not create a client or advisory relationship. A client relationship begins only when we sign a separate, written engagement agreement.

Engagements

Each engagement we accept is governed by its own written agreement. That agreement sets scope, deliverables, timeline, investment, ownership of work product, confidentiality, and any other terms that matter for that specific engagement. If there is a conflict between these site terms and an executed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.

Intellectual property

• The site itself (design, copy, code, and marks) is the property of Teal Apex Management LLC. Do not copy or republish substantial portions without permission.
• Engagement work product is governed by the executed engagement agreement.
• The photography used on this site is licensed under the Unsplash license.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages through the contact form.
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with the site's operation or with other visitors.
• Misrepresent who you are.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Teal Apex Management LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site. Our total liability arising out of this site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in the State of Georgia, unless a separate engagement agreement provides otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the last meaningful update. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
